Seminar lists are only for specific seminars
People lists are only for specific groups of people in the math department
Outreach lists are only for organizations performing outreach.
General lists are only for groups that function outside of normal administration, but still want to communicate
Committee lists are only for committees
Announcement lists send out email blasts on specific topics.
