Teaching Assistant and Grader Positions

The Mathematics Department at UW-Madison has a program of Teaching Assistantships whereby graduate students play a major role in the teaching of undergraduate mathematics courses.  The Department expects TAs to be good teachers, to value good teaching, and to care about their students.  Teaching Assistants (TAs) are typically graduate students in the Department of Mathematics.

If you are a graduate student from other departments, you may apply for 

      - a Limited Term Teaching Assistant (LTTA) position:   Posting is now closed.

      - a grader position: Spring 2020 grader positions are now available. To apply for the positions, pleas fill out the form here: (Sign out of gmail,  click the link, and login using UW NetID.) The graders will be selected in the first two weeks of the semester.
